The Ivory Egg Pendant Light is a pebble-shaped shade in frosted glass, rounded without being perfectly spherical, which is what stops it reading as generic. The matte surface spreads light evenly across the whole shade rather than concentrating it at the base, so you get a diffused overhead glow with no glare in the eyeline of anyone sitting below — the difference you notice most over a dining table.

Four sizes cover very different jobs. The small and medium shades are sized to hang in a row of two or three above a kitchen island or a long counter. The large and extra-large are single-fixture sizes, built to hang alone over a table where the form itself is doing the work. Matching the shade to the surface below it, rather than to the room as a whole, is the reliable way to get the proportion right.

Choose between white light for a crisp, modern result and warm light for something softer in the evening. Each fixture covers roughly 5–10 m², so a single pendant handles a small dining area while a larger room is better served by a row.
