The Conical Brass 2-Light Linear Pendant Light from Solae Design drops two tall, narrow cones in burnished brass side by side from a slim horizontal bar. At 15.7 inches the shades are unusually long for their 3 inch width, and that ratio is precisely what makes the fixture work — the beam stays tight and directional rather than spreading softly across the room. It is a precise light rather than an atmospheric one.

GU10 lamps sit deep inside each cone, so there is no visible source when you look up and no glare across a counter. What you get instead is a defined pool of light exactly where the fixture is aimed. That makes this a better choice than a diffuse pendant wherever the job is to light something specific rather than fill an entire room evenly from a single point.

Use it above a run of counter, a bar, a console table, or a piece of art on a shelf below. Total drop is 39.4 inches and the three-segment rod adjusts to suit ceiling height.
