The Gooseneck Heritage Sconce lands as new-traditional: recognisable enough to feel at home the day it goes up, resolved enough not to read as a reproduction. The taper keeps the light sitting low and quiet in the room.

Solid brass carries a hand finished aged patina that darkens over the years rather than flaking. Three shade finishes are offered. Brass with ivory is the soft, warm, classical option. Brass with matte black gives graphic contrast while holding the heritage line. Full matte black turns the piece architectural, which is the right call in industrial or modern rooms where warm metal would tip decorative.

The gooseneck is what makes the fixture flexible; it works over a reading chair as readily as along a hallway, because the shade can be aimed. It takes an E26 or E27 medium base bulb, sold separately, and dims given a dimmable bulb and a compatible switch. Warm white at four to eight watts suits it best. Hardwired installation, all mounting hardware included, and a licensed electrician recommended.
