The Classic Solar Coach Lantern puts modern hardware inside a traditional shape. The frame is a four-sided lantern in aluminium with clear glass panels, the form you would expect on a stone path or a country porch — but the whole thing runs on stored solar power, with no cable, no transformer and no trench.

Two finishes set the tone. Black is the crisper of the pair and reads cleanly against pale stone, render and modern paving. Bronze is warmer and more aged, and settles comfortably into brick, gravel and older properties where a stark black frame would look newly installed. The clear glass keeps the internal glow visible from every side, so the lantern works as a marker as well as a source of light.

At 20.5 inches tall it has enough presence to stand alone at the turn of a path or beside a doorway, and enough restraint to be used in a run without the garden looking overlit. A full four to six hour charge returns roughly eight to ten hours of light. The lantern switches itself on at dusk and off at dawn, and is compatible with a remote control dimmer. The IP65 housing is rated for permanent exposure.
