The Brass Palm Tree Marble Table Lamp from Solae Design builds a detailed antique gold palm trunk on a solid marble base, hung with playful dangling monkeys and topped by three frosted glass shades. It is unapologetically maximalist, and the marble base is what keeps it grounded rather than tipping into pure novelty.

Frosted glass diffuses each of the three lamps into a soft, glare-free glow, and because the shades sit at different points on the trunk the light arrives from three directions rather than one. That gives the piece genuine presence on a surface as well as decorative value.

At 18.1 inches across and 33.9 inches tall this is a large statement lamp requiring a substantial console or entry table. It suits a living room console, an entryway table or a bedroom nightstand in a Palm Beach or Hollywood Regency scheme. It plugs in via a 59 inch cord so no electrician is needed. Takes E12 or E14 candelabra lamps. Marble carries natural veining, so every base differs. The monkeys and the palm fronds are individually applied to the trunk by hand, so their exact positioning varies very slightly from one lamp to the next across a single production run.
