The Wavy Edge Stone Catchall Tray is cut from solid natural stone into an irregular, amorphous outline, so no two edges follow a predictable curve. That wavy silhouette is really the point of the piece: it reads as something shaped by water rather than by a machine, which is what separates it from the standard round or rectangular stone dish.

It measures 9.1 inches square overall and weighs roughly two kilograms, though weight varies with stone density. Two finishes are offered: grey marble, which brings cool tones and defined veining, and beige travertine, which is warmer, more porous, and considerably more tactile underhand. The travertine in particular shows the natural pores that give the stone its character, while the marble stays smoother and more reflective.
