The Stitched Leather Alabaster Globe Sconce runs a hand-stitched full-grain leather column down the wall, accented in brass, and finishes it with a naturally veined alabaster orb. The stitching is left visible along the length, which is the whole argument for the piece: it introduces a hand-worked texture that neither metal nor stone can provide, and the leather develops character with age rather than degrading.

At 18.9 inches tall, 5.9 inches wide, and projecting 4.7 inches, the proportions are vertical and slim enough for a corridor. Two leather colours are offered, brown and black, both with brass detailing. Brown reads warm and saddle-like; black is considerably more restrained and reads almost architectural. The fixture takes a G9 bulb, sold separately, and dims with a compatible bulb and switch.

The alabaster orb sits at the base of the column, so light emerges low and washes upward across the leather, throwing the stitching into relief. That makes it effective flanking a mirror in a moody powder room, as a bedside reading light that leaves the nightstand clear, or spaced along a hallway or entry wall. It also pairs directly with the matching leather-stem pendant if you want the material carried between rooms.
