The Sculpted Swan Crystal Wall Sconce from Solae Design builds its form around a detailed brass swan body, with a cascade of crystal beads and multifaceted pendants falling from it. Below sits an egg-shaped etched glass shade shaped like a plume. It is a genuinely sculptural fixture and it reads as an object on the wall long before it reads as a light.

The etched glass diffuses the lamp into a soft ambient glow with no visible filament, while the crystals above catch and scatter what escapes upward. That split gives you two qualities of light from one lamp: gentle illumination below and moving points of brightness across the wall.

At 10.6 inches across and 13.8 inches tall it stays compact enough to work in a powder room or beside a mirror without dominating. Suited to flanking a master bedroom mirror, a powder room, or a formal dining room nook. Finished in antique brass with opaque and clear elements. It takes E12 or E14 candelabra lamps, dims with a compatible bulb and TRIAC dimmer, and is hardwired to a standard wall box. Crystals are hand-hung on the frame, so a small amount of re-levelling after installation is entirely normal and takes only a moment to correct once the fixture has settled.
