Description
The Sahara Bohemian Washable Rug from Solae Design pairs retro ethnic motifs with reinforced faux wool, giving a rug that looks vintage and behaves like something built for a hallway. The patterns draw on faded kilim and tribal weaving, printed with enough softness in the palette that they read as worn-in rather than as costume.
The construction is the part that matters day to day. Reinforced faux wool is ultra-soft on top but tightly packed underneath, so it resists the crushing and matting that flattens cheaper rugs in the first year of use in a busy room. An anti-slip backing keeps it planted on hard floors, and the whole rug is washable, which is the difference between a rug you protect and a rug you actually live on.
