Linea Cotton Tassel Mat

The Linea Cotton Tassel Mat from Solae Design is woven from soft cotton line in clean Scandinavian stripes, with loose tassels left at either end. The stripe is the whole design: no motif, no border, nothing that dates. That restraint is what lets it work in a bathroom, a kitchen and a bedroom in the same house without any of them looking like they were decorated to match.

It is a thin mat by design. The low profile means it sits flush under a door that swings inward, and it never becomes the thing you catch your toe on. What it lacks in thickness it makes up for in absorbency, holding water well beside a shower or a kitchen sink and then drying quickly rather than staying damp underfoot all day.
