Description
The Mini Round Alabaster Ceiling Light is genuinely small: 4.7 inches in diameter and just 3.9 inches deep. That depth is the specification that matters most, because it lets the fixture sit almost against the ceiling in places where even a semi-flush mount would feel intrusive, such as a low landing, a walk-in closet, or a covered balcony with limited headroom.
A metal body in gold holds a natural alabaster shade, giving the piece a warm, soft-edged glow rather than the bright, hard output of a typical utility ceiling light. The stone diffuses light in every direction, so a small hallway lights evenly instead of showing a single bright disc directly below it. Natural veining stays visible in the shade whether the fixture is switched on or off.
It takes an E26 or E27 bulb, sold separately, and dims with a compatible bulb and dimmer switch. Installation is hardwired to a ceiling junction box, and a licensed electrician is recommended. The small scale also allows several to be installed in a run down a corridor or across a wide entry, spaced closely together, without the ceiling ever looking crowded. Organic modern, transitional, minimalist, and relaxed American interiors all accommodate it.
