Column Stacked Resin Ceiling Light

• Dimensions: Dia 11.8" x H 5.9" / Dia 30 cm x H 15 cm
• Choosing a size: match room length plus width in feet to the fixture diameter in inches — at 11.8" this suits a room of about 12 ft combined, such as a 6 x 6 ft hallway or a small bedroom
• Only 5.9" deep — a flush-mount profile that suits lower ceilings

The Column Stacked Resin Ceiling Light from Solae Design stacks resin cylinders in descending proportion, giving a flush-mount fixture genuine sculptural presence without dropping into the room. Most flush mounts solve the height problem by disappearing; this one solves it by being worth looking at while staying within 15 cm of the ceiling.

The base is hand-built, and the resin carries a chunky, slightly tactile quality that reads as made rather than molded. The proportions do the work: each cylinder steps in from the one below it, so the form has a clear direction and a defined silhouette from every angle in the room. It is a wabi-sabi approach in the honest sense, where the irregularity is structural rather than decorative.

Three saturated colors are available in red, green and black, and the choice changes the fixture entirely. Black keeps it as a quiet ceiling detail; red or green make it the single bold move in an otherwise restrained room. At 30 cm across it suits hallways, bedrooms and living rooms with lower ceilings.
