The Aged Brass Frosted Glass Dome Pendant from Solae Design caps a frosted glass diffuser with a spun aged brass dome. The brass holds the light and pushes it downward while the frosted glass removes any trace of filament glare, so what reaches the counter below is bright but never harsh. The result reads industrial in outline and refined in finish.

At 11.8 inches across and 13.4 inches deep the proportions are generous enough to make a statement over a single point and restrained enough to repeat in a row. Because the diffuser sits flush inside the dome rather than hanging below it, the fixture keeps a clean unbroken profile from every angle in the room.

Well suited to a kitchen island, a dining table, or a boutique-style entryway. Three finishes are offered in brass, black and nickel, letting it either warm a room or sit graphically against pale cabinetry. The three-segment suspension rod fine-tunes the drop.
