Antique Brass Candelabra Table Lamp

The Antique Brass Candelabra Table Lamp from Solae Design takes the branching candelabra form and rebuilds it at table scale. A sculpted antique brass base carries sweeping arms, each finished with a tapered metal shade in deep black bronze. The contrast between warm metal and near-black shades is what gives the piece its weight, and it reads as an object first and a light source second, even before it is switched on.

Light exits downward through each shade in a series of small, contained pools rather than one broad wash. That makes it useful on a surface where you want atmosphere without glare in the eyeline, and the effect layers well against a larger ambient source elsewhere in the room. Choose the single head at 19.3 inches tall for a bedside or a narrow console, or the four-head at 23.6 inches wide as a genuine centrepiece.

Suited to an entryway console, a living room end table, or a study desk where the fixture is seen up close. It is plug-in rather than hardwired, with a 59 inch cord and a choice of US, UK, AU or EU plug, so no electrician is required. Fit dimmable lamps and an in-line dimmer for evening use.
